Human Resources Manager
The Wilner Group has partnered with a multinational organization that serves every continent, seeking a Human Resources Business Manager to join their team. This role involves acting as the primary HR Manager for the Lincoln office, providing guidance on various HR matters and managing benefits administration for U.S. employees.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR Manager for the Lincoln office, supporting leaders and employees across all HR matters
Provide day-to-day guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and engagement
Build strong, trusted relationships at all levels of the organization
Lead and manage benefits administration for U.S. employees
Oversee HR processes including onboarding, HR data management, reporting, and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in HR operations, benefits, and compensation
Demonstrated success in designing and executing HR programs and initiatives
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR technology systems
Preferred
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred
