Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of Program Finance personnel supporting E&T efforts for the F-35 program
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to Engineering & Technology CAMs on financial, budgeting, and business processes
Ensure consistent application of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls across all supported teams
Maintain fiduciary oversight to ensure company and program financial objectives are achieved, including annual Long-Range Plan (LRP) goals
Ensure all contracts are supported by sound budget baselines, robust risk management practices, and accurate Estimates at Complete (EACs)
Oversee and ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and command media requirements
Ensure accurate, timely reporting of program financial performance to internal leadership and external customers
Support CAMs in developing and executing corrective action plans, variance analyses, and EAC updates to address cost and schedule performance

Required

Must be a US Citizen
Strong background in program finance and earned value management
Ability to lead teams through complex financial environments
Ability to partner with engineering and program stakeholders
Ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights
Ability to guide teams toward effective solutions
Value mentorship, accountability, and continuous improvement
Motivated by contributing to the success of high-visibility, mission-critical programs

Preferred

6-8 years' experience in managing and analyzing cost and financial performance
Effective communication skills; both oral and written
Leadership experience in leading, motivating and mentoring -a diverse team of Program Finance professionals in a dynamic program environment
Familiarity with cost collection methodologies
