Responsibilities
Mentor and manage Solution Architect team, including resource allocation and technical guidance
Design security technology solutions aligned with customer business requirements
Prepare technical scopes of work, design narratives, and cost estimates
Lead estimation process and collaborate with sales, management, and customer teams
Review blueprints and specifications to develop compliant security solutions
Research emerging technologies to enhance security integration offerings
Coordinate with vendors for pricing and support sales in technical discussions and ROI presentations
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with organizational standards and RFP requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One or more of the following industry technology certifications: Physical Security Professional (PSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Product-specific certification in Access Control and Video platforms (Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, Lenel, AMAG)
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with integrated electronic security solutions
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a pre-sales support/engineering position
Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, video analytics, SaaS, and cloud-based security solutions
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and PDF editing software
Excellent communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively
Willing to travel (20–30%) as needed
Preferred
Project Management (PMP) certification
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification
College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related major
Supervisory experience
