Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on support related to club financials, including payments, registrations, and related systems, ensuring smooth and accurate financial workflows
Ensure customers understand its functionalities and how to optimize sports management operations
Help and guide customers to develop their usage
Provide training and support to new customers
Deliver exceptional customer support and build strong relationships with our clients
Qualification
Required
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and provide clear guidance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and navigate software platforms (experience with CRM software or other management systems is a bonus)
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (please add any other languages you speak in your application)
Passion for sports and technology, with a drive to stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
