Responsibilities
Own and optimize the Shopify Plus platform, including product pages, checkout, and site performance
Partner with marketing, merchandising, creative, and operations to turn business needs into site improvements
Manage and support integrations (payments, inventory, marketing tools, analytics)
Coordinate with external developers and agencies on enhancements and updates
Troubleshoot issues, QA new features, and ensure a smooth customer experience across desktop and mobile
Monitor site speed, conversion, and overall performance to continuously improve results
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital commerce roles
Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ecommerce integrations
Experience collaborating with internal teams and external developers
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Background in retail, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus
