Responsibilities
Maximizing and forecasting room revenues through effective management of room inventory, pricing strategies, and distribution channels across assigned properties
Analyzing market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity to support informed yield decisions and revenue optimization
Communicating pricing strategies and competitive insights to leadership and operational teams
Supervising Reservations Agents and related office operations
Providing hands-on support to the reservations process as needed
Managing e-commerce accounts and online distribution business to ensure optimal visibility, performance, and profitability
Qualification
Required
Requires high school language, math and reasoning level
Type 50 wpm
Competent organizational skills
Previous supervisory/managerial experience
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
Read, write and speak English fluently
Computer experience required
Present a professional appearance and confidence
Required statistical and competitive analysis

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field
