They are seeking a dynamic Deployment Technician to drive their onboarding process, providing deployment, installation, training, and support on hardware and software for designated customers, which involves a large amount of travel and maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities
Deliver, pick up and move RecRe boxes and associated equipment/inventory to clients
Handle phone or paperwork involved in the delivery of RecRe boxes to clients
Work with the Director of Success and Account Manager for a pre-deployment logistics call with on-site staff
Assist in unloading 18-wheel trucks and other delivery trucks carrying pallets and cases of materials with each case weighing up to 400 pounds
Handle all deployment duties including, but not limited to, box setup, clean up of shipping materials and shooting video & photo content
Coordinate and execute Rental Manager training with proper personnel prior to and during deployment
Maintain good relations with all client personnel
Assist in the assembly and testing of RecRe hardware in the warehouse
Candidate may be exposed to some combination of the following activities:
Desolder/solder components
Set up tests to validate new component options
Help investigate hardware operational issues
Use hardware diagnostic tools such as power supplies, electronic loads, etc
Frequent overnight travel will be required
Other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Comprehensive background check will be required
Have no criminal convictions that would disqualify you from working on a university campus based on partner policies
Basic computer skills required
Experience and interest in hardware development
Experience with customer service
Experience with system wiring and/or electronics
Desire for frequent travel
High attention to detail
Self-motivated
Innovative approach to problems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Technologically adept
Ability to stand for entire shift
Willing to learn new tasks as needed
Strong team player
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, Asana and Google preferred
Experience with travel logistics: booking hotels, flights, etc
