Responsibilities

Maintain the GoM inspections database, Notification of Inspection (NOI) register, and upload NOIs, Inspection Visit Reports, and Inspection Release Notes
Liaise with inspection agency coordinators, support inspection look‑ahead forecasting, and coordinate inspection and surveillance activities at subcontractor sites, ensuring NOI actions and suitable inspector assignment
Attend meetings with subcontractors and contractors to agree on QA, QC, and verification activities aligned with scope of supply
Report monthly quality KPIs and maintain QC cost control reports to support performance tracking and cost management
Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Quality Advisors, particularly for subcontractor quality management activities

Required

Highly organized and systematic administrator with experience supporting fast‑paced operational teams within an EPCI or similar project‑based environment, including invoicing and budget awareness
Strong data entry and database management skills, with experience using document control systems such as SharePoint and ProArc; familiarity with Synergi is advantageous
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 principles, quality management systems, and internal audit activities within a regulated project environment
Strong analytical capability with a proactive, creative approach to problem solving; able to clearly communicate findings and recommendations through reports, meetings, and presentations to diverse stakeholders
Effective team player able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple work packages concurrently, prioritize workload, and deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions aligned with client needs
