Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
At least 5+ years management experience
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP and corporate finance
Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting and financial analysis
Must use tact, diplomacy, and good judgement in dealing with employees, customers, vendors and the public
Preferred
Master's or CPA
Accounting experience in the natural gas industry or other utility
Field training with a CPA firm
