Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
Create scalable Salesforce data models to support data collection, validation, enrichment, and reporting
Implement automation to streamline data ingestion, processing, and delivery workflows
Integrate Salesforce with internal systems and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across Salesforce objects and business processes
Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into system performance, usage, and operational metrics
Maintain Salesforce security, access controls, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards
Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployments following Salesforce development best practices
Monitor and optimize system performance as data volumes and usage scale

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience

Experience with Salesforce data modeling, automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules), and security architecture
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data platforms
Solid understanding of data quality, data lifecycle management, and scalable system design
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
