Responsibilities

Serve as a primary legal participant in counterparty interactions, including deal calls and negotiations, with responsibility for documenting outcomes and driving post-discussion action items to completion
Conduct and oversee legal and regulatory diligence for commercial receivables and financing transactions, ensuring consistency with internal risk, compliance, and governance standards
Partner with cross-functional teams to track ongoing compliance requirements and support timely fulfillment of contractual and regulatory obligations
Contribute to the development, implementation, and refinement of internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks related to the firm’s commercial financing activities

Required

Demonstrated familiarity with revenue-based financing structures, small business lending products, bank-partner models, and related choice-of-law considerations
Juris Doctor degree completed and active bar membership
