Responsibilities
Analyze custodial data to identify exceptions
Review collateral image data and ensure correct documentation
Collaborate with sellers and custodians to clear exceptions
Ensure accurate reporting to internal and external parties
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry (preferably working with collateral)
Strong Excel skills and experience with various systems
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
