Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Consultant, Cloud Services to join an industry leading cybersecurity organization through 100% permanent remote work. The Senior Consultant will serve as a technical client advisor on the implementation of cloud services and lead large-scale cloud engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale cloud engagements (greenfield and brownfield)
Serve as the primary technical and project liaison for engagement teams
Design and operate compliance monitoring activities aligned with internal policies and laws
Contribute to cloud program management and strategic planning
Develop and review technical and executive-level reports and presentations
Mentor staff and support their technical and consulting growth
Manage engagement risks and communicate progress to stakeholders

Qualification

Cloud architectureAWSAzureGCPSecurity systems engineeringCompliance frameworksCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

6+ years of experience in security systems engineering and cloud architecture
5+ years supporting cloud architecture in AWS, Azure, or GCP
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of frameworks such as FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI
