Product Enablement Manager, Converge

Responsibilities

Be the internal product champion for Converge+, mastering features, benefits, and use cases
Clearly communicate product value; tailor messaging and training to each audience
Develop and deliver engaging sales pitches and enablement materials (scripts, decks, FAQs)
Coach teams on positioning, upselling, and troubleshooting
Build and maintain enablement resources (guides, checklists, training decks, etc.)
Collaborate with design and marketing to ensure materials are on-brand and effective
Test and troubleshoot the app and portal before and during events
Proactively connect with event teams, share timelines and project plans, anticipate challenges, and ensure everyone stays on track and empowered
Support teams with clear communication and hands-on assistance
Monitor usage and performance metrics; help teams deliver insightful post-show reporting
Attend key events as needed to support on-site execution and team enablement
Ensure consistent registration processes and documentation across all events
Develop clear guides, FAQs, and training for internal teams
Guide marketing teams and ESMs as they learn and use our event registration platform and processes
Take ownership of day-to-day troubleshooting, onboarding, and escalation with our registration vendor
Proactively check in with teams, answer questions, and help them support exhibitors and attendees confidently
Work cross-functionally to improve how we plan, build, and deliver registration and lead connections together
Drive revenue and customer satisfaction through better product delivery and engagement
Enable scalability by improving consistency, documentation, and delivery
Track and share key metrics: adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and enablement-driven revenue
Elevate the exhibitor and attendee experience at every touchpoint
Connect teams across marketing, ops, product, and data

Required

Experience in sales enablement, product training, or onboarding (bonus if it's in event tech or SaaS)
Confidence and strong communication skills — you're comfortable presenting and teaching
Quick to learn new products and tech; you love digging into the details
Organized and detail-oriented; you never let things slip through the cracks
Proactive, resourceful, and focused on simplifying workflows and empowering others
Comfort with data. You don't need to be an analyst, but you know how to track performance and connect it to business outcomes
Ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple timelines and deliverables
