Key Account Manager - Poultry
Hanley International LLC is a company focused on providing high-quality agricultural solutions. They are seeking a National Key Accounts Manager to build and maintain relationships with key accounts, drive sales, and identify growth opportunities in the market.

Responsibilities
Determines market strategies & goals for each product and service
Sells and markets product solutions to the monogastric production and feed mills
Conducts market research to determine customer needs
Evaluates product & service marketability
Follows up on sales leads and makes cold calls
Establishes & maintains industry contacts that lead to sales by developing prospects and dealers
Remains up to date on competitor information to maximize sales
Establishes long-term, ongoing relationships
Balances rations and provides feeding directions for various species
Closes deals & finalizes contacts
Meets established sales quotas and revenue goals
Resolves problems with products and services with a positive disposition
Builds a key account team for future growth
Qualification
Required
Must have three to five years of feed sales experience or sales experience in related field
Proven track record of growing and maintaining a customer base
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Well-developed presentation skills
Self-Motivated
Excellent customer relations skills
Strong leadership skills
Open to travel up to 60%
Preferred
Preferably holds a Master's or PhD degree in Animal Science or related field a plus
