Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (RCA), and Experience Cloud
Build and optimize record-triggered Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page layouts
Refactor legacy automation (Workflow/Process Builder) into performant Flows with subflows/reusable patterns
Support quoting and contracting processes; troubleshoot issues in RCA, approvals, and document generation
Partner with the Lead Salesforce Admin on governance, UAT, and release cadence
Maintain documentation (metadata catalog, decision records, deployment notes)
Collaborate on GTM tool integrations (Outreach, Gong, LeanData, ZoomInfo) and data hygiene
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in enterprise orgs
Advanced declarative skills (Flows, automation, Data Model, Sharing) and strong troubleshooting discipline
Familiarity with CPQ/Revenue Cloud; experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in release-managed environments
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Admin/Advanced Admin, CPQ Specialist)
Experience with Jira/Confluence
