Responsibilities
Design, creation, and maintenance of key internal and external documents such as flipbooks, newsletters, and reports
Professional writing, editing, and proofreading of internal and external communications
Gathering and analyzing the data we use to make strategic decisions
Updating and maintaining information in various customer references tools
Supporting various strategic projects from planning, execution, and measuring/tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
Qualification
Required
current student/ recent graduate with a field of study being Business, Marketing, or Communications
Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Detail-orientated and experienced in project management in some way
Curious and eager to learn
Demonstrated self-starter
Interested in the technology and software industry
Experienced with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Suite
fluent in English
