Responsibilities

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact

You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively

You will also be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions

Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication among team members

Implement innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience

Conduct regular reviews of project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet deadlines

Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and ensure knowledge transfer within the team

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application design and functionality

On call Point of contact during the weekend, on rotation basis

100% onsite client work in Pleasant Prairie, WI
