Project Financial Analyst (Hybrid/Remote)

Responsibilities
As a Project Financial Analyst, you will work closely with Project Managers, Operations leadership, and the Billing team to support financial planning, reporting, and compliance for a diverse portfolio of projects
Develop pricing for professional services and Other Direct Costs (ODCs) for proposals
Support Project Managers with the preparation and issuance of financial reports
Perform quarterly financial reviews of major projects
Coordinate with the Billing team to support timely and accurate client invoicing
Lead the monthly review of project and office financials with responsible Operations Managers
Prepare, maintain, and report project accruals on a monthly basis
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of financial operations
Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards
Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness
Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field from an accredited institution
7+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
Ability to support projects across multiple locations with minimal travel
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions
Ability to work for extended periods at a computer workstation
Occasional lifting of materials up to 25 pounds
Ability to participate in meetings and occasional travel as required
Preferred
Experience with Oracle preferred, but not required
