Marketing Communications Director
Q'Apel Medical is dedicated to revolutionizing neurovascular access by creating innovative solutions for vascular interventions. The Marketing Communications Director will formulate and lead the execution of communication strategies, overseeing PR, digital content, and advertising activities to align with business goals while managing relationships with creative agencies and ensuring effective brand messaging.

Responsibilities
Works closely with the head of marketing and the corporate leadership team on the execution of the corporate brand strategy
Provides corporate communication support as needed
Owner and champion of the Q’Apel Medical brand and the Product brands of the organization
Primary contact and manager of the relationships with our creative agencies, including managing project expectations and budgets
Collaborates with sales and marketing to fully understand product and communication needs
Will oversee the management of industry trade shows, global conferences and Q’apel HQ Visits
Evaluates the success of campaigns when completed
Supervises and ensures our physician contracting process is running smoothly, proposing any changes or improvements so all logistical requirements are set so our physicians partners feel we are easy to work with
Builds a strategy for our social media presence and manages the execution of that strategy in social media sites – including LinkedIn, Twitter, and others as implemented
Owner and oversight of the Q’Apel Medical, Inc. website
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in MC Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
