Required
10+ years of experience as a technology leader with strong hands-on engineering background
3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Deep expertise in Site Reliability Engineering principles, methodologies, and operating models
Strong background in software engineering, systems engineering, and architecture
Extensive experience with observability and monitoring platforms including Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, PagerDuty, AWS CloudWatch, and New Relic
Proven experience establishing enterprise standards for deployment automation, logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident management
Demonstrated ability to define, measure, and execute against organizational KPIs and reliability metrics
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to engage, persuade, and advise executive leadership teams
Minimum of two cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Preferred

Programming & Scripting: Python
Operating Systems: Linux
Configuration Management & Automation: Puppet, Chef, Ansible
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
