JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services, and they are seeking a skilled and proactive 3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of facility and production equipment to ensure operational excellence during evening hours.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, conveyors, production machinery, and other facility equipment

Execute the scheduled PM program to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. This includes lubrication, inspections, and component replacement

Address urgent and routine maintenance requests submitted through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in a timely and efficient manner

Perform routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance work performed, including parts used and time spent, within the CMMS

Communicate effectively with 1st and 3rd shift teams to ensure a seamless transition, providing clear updates on ongoing projects, completed tasks, and any outstanding issues

Keep maintenance shops, storage areas, and work sites clean, organized, and safe
