Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise survey projects from initiation through completion, working closely with clients to define scope, estimates, schedules, approvals, and delivery milestones
Direct the execution of boundary, topographic, photogrammetric, construction, and GPS control surveys
Perform QA/QC reviews, including post‑processing quality checks to uphold accuracy and compliance
Organize, schedule, and oversee multiple field crews, ensuring safe, efficient, and well‑documented field operations
Partner with survey managers, engineers, and planners across the company on proposals, pursuits, and active projects
Support the development of qualification materials and direct the preparation of survey deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; A.A.S. or B.S. in surveying or related field preferred (required if not professionally licensed)
Minimum of 15 years of related survey experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D required; MicroStation experience is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and team ‑ coordination skills with the ability to represent the firm professionally with clients and the broader public
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required unless holding a B.S. from an accredited survey program
Valid U.S. driver's license required

Ability to travel as needed preferred
