Manpower and Operations Analyst, Senior
CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Manpower and Operations Analyst to provide expert-level manpower and force management analysis in support of I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) Command Element G1. The role involves managing complex manpower datasets, advising commanders on staffing decisions, and delivering analytical products to senior military leadership.

Responsibilities
Serve as a senior subject matter expert for manpower and operational analysis in support of I MEF G-1
Analyze, track, and report manpower data to support 1 MEF programs and operations
Develop and deliver recurring executive-level products, including availability, stress MOS, MEU composite, and SPMAGTF reports
Support enduring Global Force Management requirements, including external individual augmentations and internal sourcing actions
Provide analytical recommendations to senior leadership on manpower allocation, force structure alignment, and readiness impacts
Prepare statistical, historical, and narrative products for senior Marine Corps and Department of Defense stakeholders
Advise staff sections on billet coding, position alignment, and manpower policy compliance
Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess program effectiveness and improve organizational efficiency
Coordinate with subordinate commands and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of manpower reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in manpower analysis, force management, or operational analysis within a DoD environment
Extensive experience supporting Marine Corps manpower operations at the MEF or equivalent level
Demonstrated proficiency with Marine Corps manpower systems of record (e.g., MCTFS)
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint)
Ability to operate independently and provide senior-level advisory support
Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
Master's degree in administration or related discipline
Experience using Cognos or comparable enterprise reporting tools
Prior experience producing executive-level manpower products for senior commanders
Familiarity with I MEF staff processes and reporting rhythms
