Responsibilities
Represent clients in all aspects of domestic and international transactions, financings, and debt structures
Counsel financial institutions and borrowers in analyzing, structuring, documenting, and negotiating all aspects of finance in private, public, syndicated, international, and governmental settings
Develop and structure the commercial aspects of domestic and international business relationships including development projects, sales, distribution arrangements, and multinational ventures
Qualification
Required
A minimum of two years of relevant law firm experience
Hold a JD and be admitted to the DC bar
Confident in representing clients in all aspects of domestic and international transactions, financings, and debt structures
Experience counselling financial institutions and borrowers in analyzing, structuring, documenting, and negotiating all aspects of finance in private, public, syndicated, international, and governmental settings
Experience in developing and structuring the commercial aspects of domestic and international business relationships including development projects, sales, distribution arrangements, and multinational ventures
A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
