Responsibilities

Financial Analysis of Commercial Initiatives: Participate in decision support of commercial initiatives such as customer negotiations, product offerings, and promotional plans via financial analysis and modeling tools. Partner with the business (e.g. sales) to ensure sound return on investment and sustainable profit growth

Financial Planning and Reporting: Gain understanding of the commercial P&L, revenue building blocks, risk and opportunity management, and variance drivers. Develop ability to communicate financial concepts effectively with non-finance stakeholders

Financial Compliance and Stewardship: Support internal customer finance processes in areas such as commissions, POs, pricing, and trade funds to ensure strong controls and compliance

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft applications with a high degree of knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to learn new systems: SAP, BI, and trade promotions management tools

Self-motivated individual with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
