Responsibilities
Own Accounts Payable and vendor management
Manage account reconciliations and support month-end close
Assist with financial statements and financial reporting
Prepare and contribute to monthly financial packets for leadership
Perform data analysis and financial insights to support decision-making
Support accounting operations, controls, and process improvements
Work directly with the CFO/COO as the company scales and evolves
Qualification
Required
Experience in accounts payable, accounting, or controller-level support
Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
Solid understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals
Comfort working in a fast-growing, hands-on environment
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Curious, proactive, and willing to step into multiple areas — a true hard charger
Preferred
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus but not required
