The RF Design Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of complex RF and mixed-signal systems, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into effective hardware architecture and documentation.

Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of complex RF and mixed-signal systems (VHF to >40 GHz)
Design components including up/down converters, synthesizers, PLLs, mixers, filters, and A/D converters
Model and simulate RF system performance using industry-standard tools
Translate customer requirements into hardware architecture and documentation
Support full engineering lifecycle from proposal through production release
Guide integration, testing, and validation of high-reliability systems for space and defense use
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet mission-critical performance and quality standards
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave design
Expertise in RF systems architecture and circuit design
Experience designing across full life cycle: concept, design, prototyping, testing, and production
Proficiency with tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS, MATLAB
BS in Electrical Engineering required
Preferred
MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering
