AccentCare is a purpose-driven organization focused on providing exceptional personal care services. The Field Supervisor will support client care, guide and train caregivers, and communicate effectively between clients and staff to ensure quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs

Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field

Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans

Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected

Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate

Required

High School Diploma or GED required

60 hours or more of college coursework

2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting. (We're flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
