Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling, and executing inbound and outbound shipments of hardware, parts, and equipment
Managing logistics for laboratory hardware transfers, ensuring traceability and compliance with schedule constraints
Tracking calibrated tooling and guaranteeing that all calibration dates remain current
Coordinating logistics support across a variety of contracts, handling multiple tasks concurrently
Serving as the primary liaison with program POCs, providing timely status updates and escalation of issues
Supporting project management activities, including documentation, risk identification, and mitigation
Ensuring all logistics actions comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other export control requirements
Maintaining clear, concise verbal and written communication with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
Upholding security protocols required for a Secret clearance and safeguarding sensitive program information
