Responsibilities

Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules
Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work
Incorporating contracts changes into control systems
Estimate and completion and forecast related activities
Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required

Required

Bachelor's degree with 2 years OR a Master's degree with 0 years professional Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related experience. 6+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tool, Business Intelligence & Analytics tool, Project Management & Planning tool and/or Collaboration & Integration tools
Bachelor's degree with 5 years OR a Master's degree with 3 years professional Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace & Defense Business-related experience. 9+ years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables, V-look Up, VBA and/or Macros)
Experience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)
1 or more years' experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Principles and applying Earned Value Techniques in an Aerospace & Defense environment; EVM Certification will be accepted in lieu of one year experience
Experience managing and analyzing project costs using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years
