Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch
Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations
Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations
Support and train new employees to ensure alignment and expectations are fully established and fulfilled
Qualification
Required
Related work experience and knowledge of operations management
High school diploma
Good communication skills
Good customer service skills
Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Preferred
Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
SAP experience preferred
