Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to faculty members regarding employment-related inquiries, including benefits, professional development, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with academic departments to identify faculty staffing needs and develop strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Ensure compliance with academic policies and regulations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to faculty employment and credentials
Conduct onboarding sessions for new faculty members, providing them with essential information about institutional policies, resources, and expectations
Analyze faculty turnover and retention data to identify trends and recommend initiatives aimed at improving faculty satisfaction and engagement
Assist in the development and implementation of professional development programs tailored to the needs of faculty members to enhance their skills and career growth
Participate in faculty-related committees and initiatives to represent human resource perspectives and contribute to policy development and institutional planning
Stay informed of changes in higher education regulations and best practices affecting faculty employment to ensure that the institution remains compliant and competitive
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three or more years of relevant experience
Performs all the standard and technical aspects of the job
Applies acquired skills to complete moderately complex assignments or significantly contribute to projects or manage programs
Comprehensive knowledge of principles and practices of a particular field of specialization and the Institute's policies, practices, and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, interpersonal interactions, and organization skills
The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and/or within a team environment
Preferred
Experience in a higher education environment
Experience coordinating calendars for large meetings
