Responsibilities
Research and resolve payroll-related work orders escalated from Customer Service
Mentor associates, review work order accuracy, and provide coaching where needed
Perform root cause analysis on payroll issues and help develop preventive solutions
Apply payroll policies and procedures consistently across all cases
Leverage payroll systems (SAP, MySTAFF, MyRequests, etc.) and recommend enhancements
Streamline processes by automating manual tasks and eliminating redundancies
Support payroll audits and assist in developing new review practices
Prepare and deliver training for weekly Operations meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1+ year of customer service/call center experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Preferred
Large-volume payroll experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of SAP Payroll
