The role involves assisting the senior designer in design and development, conducting seasonal trend research, and managing communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Assist the senior designer in design and development
Utilize Adobe Illustrator for sketching & CAD flats
Create & maintain seasonal line sheets
Conduct seasonal trend research and develop design mood boards
Manage assort samples and organization
Handle daily communication with cross functional teams
Create tech packs and update BOMs throughout development process in PLM
Work on creating denim wash comments for development and production
Attend all fittings & take fit comments
Manage BOM & sketch updates post fitting responsible for BOM/sketch updates post fitting
Prep for meetings by organizing necessary samples and managing design boards
Qualification
Required
2 years of Denim Design experience
Relevant portfolio with examples of denim designs
Working knowledge of product and construction
Ability to conduct wash research
Strong illustration/presentation skills
Detail oriented, good follow through
Proficient in PLM & Adobe Suite
BA Fashion Design
Preferred
