Partner closely with Hiring Managers & HR
Source through LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking
Screen candidates and move them quickly through the process
Hit hiring goals, quality metrics & time-to-fill targets
Ensure smooth communication and follow-through
Qualification
Required
3+ years recruiting experience (Healthcare strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of recruiting best practices
Excellent communication skills
Experience with an ATS
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
High level of integrity
