Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for Sales Team; assist in planning webinars and client meetings; prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and collateral materials
Track sales pipelines using Salesforce; update customer records, process quotes, follow-up on leads and maintain data accuracy
Generate performance reports on key metrics; identify trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
Handle inquiries, troubleshooting problems, resolving complaints, documenting interactions in a CRM, ensuring satisfaction, while maintaining strong communication, and problem-solving skills to build client loyalty
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, customer feedback, and resource allocation

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business or any creative field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in a sales support, administrative or operations role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce and sales analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Exceptional organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Willingness to travel occasionally
Work flexible hours during high-volume periods

Preferred

Familiarity with B2B sales environments
Experience in mortgage, real estate, banking, or title industry, or legal profession with an understanding of residential mortgage transactions
Knowledge of social media and marketing campaign design
