Responsibilities
Frame and structure ambiguous business problems related to growth, acquisition, and profitability
Develop executive-ready business cases evaluating opportunities, trade-offs, risks, and ROI
Translate complex data and market dynamics into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
Influence senior leadership decisions through insight-driven storytelling and financial reasoning
Partner closely with finance and analytics teams to:
Define and pressure-test assumptions
Evaluate profitability, margin impact, and expected value
Assess trade-offs between growth and efficiency
Own the logic and inputs behind financial models, even when not building them directly
Conduct deep analysis of:
Sales and acquisition channels
Competitive dynamics and differentiation
Market trends and emerging opportunities
Identify opportunities to improve channel performance while balancing scale and profitability
Evaluate new and existing partnership strategies, including:
Market opportunity sizing
Offer design and differentiation
Financial viability and long-term impact
Support exploration of new growth levers the business has not previously pursued
Collaborate with product, sales, finance, analytics, and operations teams
Present recommendations to executive stakeholders and drive alignment
Hand off approved strategies to execution teams for implementation
Qualification
Required
Experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, corporate strategy, business operations, or similar roles
Strong comfort working with financial analysis, assumptions, and economic trade-offs
Proven ability to influence decisions through insight and analysis rather than authority
Ability to structure unstructured problems and develop clear, defensible recommendations
Executive-level communication and storytelling skills
Exposure to acquisition strategy, sales strategy, or revenue growth initiatives
Preferred
MBA or advanced business degree
Prior management consulting or corporate strategy experience
Experience in subscription-based, media, technology, telecom, or sales-driven environments
Familiarity with analytics and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
