Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and optimize high-speed SerDes interfaces at 120 Gbps
Perform signal integrity and power integrity engineering with a strong focus on Ethernet and high-speed technologies
Comprehend PDN design and power noise reduction techniques
Develop and execute test plans using advanced test equipment to validate signal integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve signal integrity issues and improve overall system performance
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Required

10+ years of experience in signal integrity and power integrity engineering with a strong focus on high-speed technologies
In-depth knowledge of Ethernet and PCIe protocols, such as Serdes
Proficiency in signal integrity and power integrity simulation tools (Ansys HFSS, CST, Candence Sigrity, HSPICE, ADS)
Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDR, VNA, and JBERTs
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S Government Secret Clearance
