Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives
Lead and supervise teams across various departments, including sales, marketing, AI, business development, and operations
Oversee profit & loss management to ensure financial health and sustainability
Expand market presence and increase revenue streams
Manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and quality standards
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Represent the company in high-level negotiations, industry events, and stakeholder engagements
Qualification
Required
Proven management experience with a strong background in sales management, supervising teams and leading organizational change
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and executing business growth initiatives
Understanding and experience with Artificial Intelligence in a business environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff at all levels
Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance
Business development experience with a track record of expanding market share
Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to optimize operations
Excellent sales acumen coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills
