Responsibilities
Track and manage contract budgets and expenditures, including financial reporting and documentation
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
Identify, address, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
Support grants administration, oversight, and compliance activities
Assist with invoicing, accounting, reporting, and other administrative functions related to grant execution
Monitor and maintain documentation associated with grant-funded programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, Engineering, Emergency Response, Public Health, etc.)
Prior experience in Public Health field
Experience working with grants, including administration, tracking, and compliance
Project management experience managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
Financial and budget management experience, including tracking expenditures and preparing reports
Preferred
Master's degree in a relevant field is desirable
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desired, but not required
Government or education industry experience preferred
