Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and connect with key decision-makers across new and existing customers via phone and email to expand QA’s product footprint

Networking: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to grow your contact base

Sales Analysis: Input, analyse, and interpret sales data to prioritise workload and qualify opportunities

Proposal Management: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers

Reporting: Use Microsoft Dynamics to track and report on all sales activity

Territory Planning: Develop quarterly territory plans to maximise opportunities

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service that earns positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders

Continuous Development: Deepen your knowledge of products and refine your sales techniques
