Responsibilities
Win new business to meet team sales quotas
Assist in the development of compelling proposals and RFP responses
Work with prospective clients to understand their current systems, processes, business requirements, subsequent challenges and how their operations will be enhanced by utilizing the Clearwater solution
Document solution requirements and prospect / client processes to ensure successful implementation and customer delight
Provide relevant product and market feedback to Clearwater’s product management, development, global delivery, and client services teams
Assist with critical research and preparation for sales visits
Qualification
Required
Proven record of exceeding goals/quotas
Relevant experience in Insurance, Investment Management, FinTech, Investment Accounting, or Investment Operations
Commitment to agility, continuous learning, improvement, and operational excellence
Strong data analysis skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's/Masters Degree in business, finance, accounting and/or relevant area of focus
1+ years of relevant experience
