Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers in the CMP Shift operation, ensuring flawless execution of daily production schedules
Collaborate with teams from different departments to identify and implement process improvements that enhance yield, quality, and efficiency
Strictly adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental regulations and guidelines
Successfully implement and maintain process control systems to optimize CMP processes
Compete in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of proven experience in CMP process engineering, with a deep understanding of CMP equipment and processes OR semiconductor experience in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes
Preferred
Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively address and resolve technical challenges
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
