Responsibilities

Overall coordination of support activities for all Communication Management Systems

Providing development and implementation support for automated communication systems

Interface with many different positions within the I.T. Team, as well as customers, physicians, staff, and vendors, as the primary support person

Guide users in formulating requirements

Advise alternate approaches

Provide technical guidance for on-going system maintenance and upgrades

Provide knowledge transfer

Perform documentation as needed for processes, and end-user training

Troubleshoot problems associated with supported applications

Aid in capacity, availability, security, and business continuity management efforts

Direct and/or aid in testing

Formulating test plans

Transferring and verifying directory databases into production

Generating reports

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required or obtain within 24 months of hire

Industry certification is required within (9) months of hire

Strong organizational, analytical, and exceptional communication skills required

Medical terminology required
