They are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of their production systems, working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, operate, and improve highly available and scalable systems in Microsoft Azure

Own the reliability and performance of production environments, including uptime, latency, and capacity planning

Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to proactively detect and resolve issues

Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive corrective and preventative actions

Partner with application development teams to improve system reliability, deployment practices, and operational readiness

Support and optimize SQL Server environments, including performance tuning and availability

Maintain and enhance infrastructure supporting C#/.NET applications

Manage and support Windows Server environments (on-prem and cloud)

Administer and support ElasticSearch for logging, search, and observability use cases

Support and manage Barracuda security and networking solutions

Improve deployment, automation, and operational processes using infrastructure and reliability best practices

Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational standards

Participate in on-call rotation and production support as needed
