Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests accurately and safely
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Provide patient and family education to promote health and recovery
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices
Qualification
Required
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Active RN license in Arkansas
Strong oral and written communication skills
Clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating human responses to actual or potential health conditions
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
Maintain physical and emotional well-being to perform job duties effectively
Frequent lifting and moving of patients and equipment (up to 50 lbs)
Ability to bend, push, and maneuver carts, wheelchairs, and other equipment
Navigate halls, stairways, and patient rooms quickly during emergencies
Visual and auditory acuity for accurate assessment and environmental interpretation
Regular documentation and computer data entry required
Exposure to infectious materials and strong odors; use of PPE (gloves, masks, gowns, goggles) as needed
