Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability
Prepare variance analysis and deliver clear, data-driven reports to leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Assist in strategic initiatives, including cost optimization and revenue growth projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
