Responsibilities

Assist with full-cycle recruiting for hourly and entry-level salaried positions
Post, update, and maintain job openings across job boards and internal systems
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive, professional hiring experience
Support offer letters, pre-employment requirements, and start-date coordination
Assist with onboarding preparation to ensure new hires feel welcomed and ready for their first day
Maintain accurate applicant, hiring, and onboarding records
Follow established hiring procedures and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Assist with recruiting reports, audits, and documentation as needed
Represent the company’s mission, values, and hospitality culture in all candidate interactions
Communicate role expectations clearly, honestly, and professionally
Support job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives as needed
Continuously look for opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, or related field)
0–2 years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Professional, responsive, and service-oriented mindset
Comfortable learning and using ATS and HR systems

Preferred

Experience in hospitality or high-volume environments
