Auburn University Facilities Management is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join their team. The role is responsible for coordinating key issuance, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.

Coordinate key issuance and returns using departmental software
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and billing for keys and access requests
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Manage communications to support efficient daily operations
Assist staff with administrative tasks and workflow needs
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all documentation and service delivery
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent for Level I
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in clerical support services for Level II
Standard knowledge of office functions
Working knowledge of Auburn University administrative systems appropriate to the position
Preferred
Proven strong customer service and interpersonal skills
